Penguin RushIn-Laws Paint Furniture
Had a 'productive' 4-day weekend last 8-11 April with my wife (I leave it to you to imply what 'productive' means, hehe). Anyway, my wife and mother arrived in KL Friday night. We visited a relative Saturday morning; bought paints of 3 different colours for our house (I shall let you see the house before and after it gets painted), sent mother to sis' house so that she could spend some time with her grand-daughters and went to some furniture stores and managed to find furniture that we both like.On Saturday, my wife's parents, two brothers and two relatives visited us for lunch and tea. They didn't have the trouble finding our place, since we are quite close to UKM Hospital, the place where my wife studied.
Malaysia was on a public holiday yesterday (Tuesday), so me and wife agreed to take a day off on Monday. Monday morning - we brisk walked at the nearby lake, then got very lost for two and a half hours, trying to find the IKEA store. But the trip to IKEA was worth it - got all that we aimed for, plus more. The trip back home also got diverted at some point. Anyhow, to Ija, I enjoyed 'being lost' with you....wink!
P/S: I shall repaint the house myself. That should help trim down my tummy....hopefully.
